The Center for Art and Public Life is committed to advancing the understanding of community engagement practice.

The annual IMPACT Grant Awards enables interdisciplinary teams of CCA students to collaborate on developing social innovations through their creative practice. Grants of up to $10,000 are awarded to undergraduate and graduate students for implementation of their ideas in communities locally or abroad.

ENGAGE at CCA is a course-based community-engagement program that brings CCA students and faculty together with local organizations for mutually beneficial, semester-long projects.

A Creative Sprint is a one- to three-day event that challenges teams of CCA students to propose creative, actionable resolutions to a specific issue presented by a community partner.

Center Micro-grants support up to $500 initiatives for community engagement by CCA Students.

CCA CONNECTS offers community-based paid fellowship experiences to undergraduate and graduate students across all CCA disciplines.
