The CONNECTS Fellowship Program augments the creative work of Bay Area community organizations in the art and design fields through paid fellowships for both undergraduate and graduate students across all CCA disciplines.
The CONNECTS Program enables California College of the Arts students to engage intensively in creative projects with specific community partners to foster valuable, long-term opportunities for learning and engagement.
Community organizations working with the CONNECTS Fellowship Program benefit from the assistance of CCA-funded art and design externs and their creative contributions, which are structured towards the organization’s unique needs. Such organizations also are able to participate in the Center’s extensive network of partners at CCA and beyond. Students selected to participate in the CONNECTS Fellowship Program cultivate relevant, real-world experiences for portfolios and résumé development, professional skills, mentorship, leadership and networking opportunities.
